Well, it's been a while since I've actually updated this website--far too long, in fact. That's not to say I haven't been busy, however.
Recently I've become an editor for a series of photography websites/forums dedicated to certain camera categories:
SeriousCompacts.com - The broadest of the five, this page focuses on a variety of compact cameras and camera systems for enthusiasts. Basically for any photographer conscious of his/her kit's size and weight.
Mu-43.com - Specifically for the Micro Four Thirds format, including primarily including Olympus and Panasonic cameras, as well as lenses from a variety of makers
FujiXSpot.com - For Fuji's relatively new X-Mount cameras
TalkEMount.com - For Sony's E-mount Alpha Cameras (formerly under the NEX brand)
LeicaPlace.com - For Leica cameras (although I haven't written here yet)
I've already written a few articles for most of these, primarily Mu-43.com because I was already most familiar with the forum and the system. I got my start in photography largely thanks to the helpful members of that forum. That said, I've been expanding to the other sites as I get to review equipment from the various other systems.
I won't be posting my pieces directly onto this blog, but I'll now be be linking here to them as I go along. Perhaps I''ll even add some supplemental information as I see fit.
So without further ado, this is what I've written so far:
An Editorial Introduction and an Opinion on the Strength of Micro Four Thirds
Expect to see a lot more from me now that I have a real reason to write virtually every week.
Oh, and I'll still be posting science and philosophy things here too, don't worry.
